Branding, website, 98" touchscreen, brochures & hoardings
I was commissioned by Brookfield Property Partners to design a new brand identity, website, 98″ touchscreen application, brochures, hoardings and other graphic material for their development 100 Bishopsgate in City of London. The website and interactive touchscreen work as two elegant leasing tools for 100 Bishopsgate. Both have a bespoke map tool where the potential occupier can filter nearby amenities, see the distance to tube stations and airports as well as view floor plans and images of the building.
The identity includes bold typography and fluorescent colours which really stands out on the graphic material and on the streets of London. The brochures were also following the brand identity with playful typography and printed with various techniques such as embossed covers with a band, fluorescent colours, spot varnish on images as well as black edge printing.
